a creative journey

I have been working with cameras since college. I took a class in videography and then bought myself a camera. A simple Canon Rebel 5ti, wanting to make videos. But I didn’t have a crew, and wasn’t sure what I wanted to make so I just started taking photos…. and it took off from there. I learned so much, and most of my photography is “self-taught”…. or, I learned from YouTube. I currently though make my living as a journalist. I started as a news producer and am currently trying my hand at photojournalism. Most of my photography is done near my home of Columbia, Missouri. Hope you like my page!
